Magical Return Policy?
The Return Policy for Magical GROW is as follows:
- Return Period: The return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
- Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or slightly used and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact the Customer Service Team by emailing at support@magical.com. The team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as instructions on where to send the return. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a note with the RMA number. Ship the product back at your expense. The shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, notification of the approval or rejection of the refund will be sent.
- Return Fees: A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The restocking fee is calculated based on the original price of the item.
- Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges: Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is needed, an email should be sent to support@magical.com.
